SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION

Processing orders

All orders will be processed within 3 business days of the order being entered into our system (excluding public holidays & weekends).

Express shipping orders will be given priority and processed as soon as possible.

Once an order is processed, please allow 10 business days for Australian deliveries keeping in mind that during high volume periods may be encounter delays.

International postage times will vary.

We accept VISA and Mastercard transactions only

Freight costs & tracking

Tracking numbers are provided relevant to the order. Please refer to your order confirmation email for details. Visit www.auspost.com.au for further information regarding freight times & parcel tracking.

Shipping fees within Australia are automatically calculated at checkout; and postage is calculated based on the total weight of the order and delivery address.

International freight - freight will be automatically calculated at checkout. All customs, duties or taxes applied to your order at the point of import into another country are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Order support

Items are packaged to arrive safely. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

All prices are in Australian dollars with GST included. Prices are subject to change without notice, including freight options. All items remain the property of MGA until paid for in full. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

In-store Pick Up

We offer in-store pick up of online orders. Simply select 'Pick Up' as your method of shipping when you are checking out. We aimed to have orders available for collection from the MGA Shop from one hour after an order is placed. You will be notified via email once your order is ready for collection. 

Orders can be collected from the MGA Shop during trading hours only:
Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind. Goods are non-refundable unless faulty. Exchange or refund requests are to be made within 10 days of receiving goods with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons there are no exchanges or refunds on earrings.

To be eligible to return your item(s), you must first contact the MGA Shop and arrange approval for your item(s) to be returned via post with a copy of your proof of purchase.

Returned stock must arrive in its original condition, along with any box or product packaging. Once received we will issue a refund back to your original payment method

Postage associated with exchanges are at the cost of the customer.

We cannot exchange or refund items that were purchased on sale. 

Items returned without approval may be rejected, in which case return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). The MGA Shop cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post.

Where items are faulty, have been incorrectly described, or are not fit for intended purpose, you can choose between a refund, exchange. Faulty merchandise returned within 14 days will be replaced where possible, if not a full refund will be given. Please always retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

Our Returns Policy applies to all online and in store sales.

Returns process

If you would like to return an order please contact mga@monash.vic.gov.au with your order number number and item(s) you would like to return and why. 

If your request is approved, please post your purchase in its original satchel or your own material. It is important you also have a tracking number associated with postage. Please email this tracking number to mga@monash.vic.gov.au

Exchanges & Refunds

When your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange / refund.

If your exchange request is approved, this will be processed, and a new item will be mailed out to you. Additional postage fees may apply for bulky or high value items as described within the product description.

If your refund request is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card as per your original payment method (please allow at least 5 working days for this to be processed).
